Development Activity Model Sketchup Massing

This dataset contains a basic Sketchup formatrepresentation of the City of Melbourne’s Development Activity Model (https://www.developmentactivity.melbourne.vic.gov.au/). The Development Activity Model displaysdevelopment activity located within the City of Melbourne municipal area.Developments may have one of four statuses. Applied, Approved and UnderConstruction, and Complete.Site content is derived from a range of sourcesat various times and as such the content may not be free from errors, omissionsor defects. Inconsistencies may occur in some data sets. The City of Melbourneuses its best endeavours to ensure that the information is reliable.The massings in the Sketchup model arerepresentational only, sit on a two dimensional planar surface and are notintended for analytical or comparative purposes. The massings are derived byextruding simplified polygons of an indicative floor plate for the podium (ifrelevant) and tower. The height data is an approximation of the height of thebuilding and does not show the architectural features of the buildings.Users can then make an informed decision as towhether the site content is appropriate for their particular purpose andinformation needs.Although all due care has been taken to ensurethat this data is correct, no warranty is expressed or implied by City ofMelbourne in its use.Preview Image:
