Tabular data for "Assessment of ecological conditions affecting hydrogen application as a factor of agrolandscape sustainability management"
收藏资源简介:
## Contents The deposit contains nine CSV files, one for each table in the manuscript. All files use UTF-8 encoding, comma as the field separator, and double quotes for fields that contain commas or special characters. | File | Manuscript table | Topic | |--------------------------------------------|------------------|--------------------------------------------------------------------| | `table01_morphometric_relief.csv` | Table 1 | Morphometric characteristics of relief in three drainage basins | | `table02_zonal_soils_properties.csv` | Table 2 | Selected physical and chemical properties of zonal soils | | `table03_erosion_hazard_rotations.csv` | Table 3 | Erosion-hazard coefficients of nine crop rotations | | `table04_humus_balance_rotations.csv` | Table 4 | Humus-balance components (expenditure, input, balance) by rotation | | `table05_agroecological_classification.csv`| Table 5 | Hierarchical agroecological classification of land (group/sub-group/class/sub-class/order/sub-order) | | `table06_agroecological_state.csv` | Table 6 | Agroecological state of land along the elevation--slope gradient | | `table07_land_type_explication.csv` | Table 7 | Explication of agroecological land types: limiting factors, recommended use, expected hydrogen effect | | `table08_land_use_models.csv` | Table 8 | Three land-use models compared by eleven sustainability indicators | | `table09_synthesis_matrix.csv` | Table 9 | Synthesis matrix linking land type, limiting factor, recommended hydrogen application and expected effect | ## Data dictionary ### Common conventions - `n/a` is used where a cell is not applicable in the original table (e.g.\ a rotation that is not classified as a fodder rotation, or a slope class that does not occur in a particular basin). - Numeric ranges are written with a hyphen-minus (e.g.\ `5.3-7.3`). Where the original table uses an em-dash for a range, the CSV uses a hyphen-minus instead, for compatibility with spreadsheet software. - Angles are expressed in degrees with the suffix ` deg` (e.g.\ `Slopes 1-2 deg`). - Coefficient values follow the same units and conventions as the manuscript text (e.g.\ `K_r` is the dissection coefficient in km/km^2; humus balance in t/ha). ### Variables of particular interest for re-use - **Table 4** provides per-rotation humus-balance components that can be used to calibrate alternative humus-balance models. - **Table 8** provides eleven quantitative sustainability indicators for three contrasting land-use models, suitable for benchmarking or for multi-criteria decision analysis. - **Table 9** is the synthesis matrix that links each agroecological land type to a recommended hydrogen-application protocol; this is the central decision tool of the manuscript and is the natural starting point for transfer of the framework to other case studies. ## What is NOT included in this deposit The deposit contains only the tabular data already presented in the journal article. The following original materials are **not** released: - Spatial cartographic layers (shapefiles, raster maps) of the case-study enterprise. - Precise geographic coordinates of the farm boundary. - Field-survey raw data, soil-sampling logs and laboratory worksheets. These materials form part of the proprietary land-management records of the case-study agricultural enterprise. Qualified researchers may request access to anonymised subsets for academic, non-commercial use by contacting the corresponding author of the article, subject to the consent of the data owner. ## Licence This dataset is released under the **Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)** licence.
