HUMAN4D

This dataset, named HUMAN4D, is a large-scale multimodal 4D dataset that encompasses a wide range of human activities captured by professional motion capture, volumetric capture, and audio recording systems. It showcases diverse movements and postures of professional actors. Notably, HUMAN4D is the first publicly released dataset that provides hardware-synchronized multi-view RGBD data captured in real time, laying a cutting-edge research foundation for studies in the fields of computer vision and computer graphics. In terms of scale, the dataset covers 19 actions performed by 4 professional actors, including 14 single-person actions and 5 two-person actions, with a total of 56 single-person sequences and 10 two-person sequences. Its applicable tasks include human activity recognition, pose estimation, volumetric video production, and compression quality assessment.
