This is a processed dataset of MIBI data from 54 patients with melanoma who received immunotherapy. 29 protein expression levels are measured (denoised and normalized) in tumor microenvironment T-cells, of which there are hundreds of samples for each patient. Spatial data for each T-cell (x and y-coordinates and estimated area) and some basic (non-identifying) patient characteristics are also included.
