Soybean genome sequencing for genetic studies on adaptability to early planting

Subjective of the project is elucidation of genetic basis of adaptability to early planting. Biparental QTL analysis and genome resequencing were employed to detect candidate gene for the high adaptability. For the resequencing analysis, paired-end read data of high and low adaptable cultivars was obtained with Illumina HiSeq X system.
