该数据包含了广东省1978年以来审定通过的水稻、玉米品种信息，文件已筛去退出市场的水稻、玉米品种。审定通过的主要农作物品种指由广东省农作物品种审定委员会审定通过，经农业农村部公示无异议的主要农作物品种清单。该数据可用于了解我省主要农作物的品种构成情况。

This dataset contains information on approved major crop varieties in Guangdong Province. The Guangdong Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee held its directorate meeting on March 3, 2023, during which 156 major crop varieties were officially approved for release, and 11 rice varieties were reviewed and approved to expand their suitable planting regions. Following the completion of the public notice period for these approved varieties as required by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, this announcement is hereby officially issued.
