Reactive nitrogen (Nr) emissions from ammonia marine fuel across value-chain and bunkering scenarios

This repository provides a modeling framework to estimate reactive nitrogen (Nr) emissions from ammonia marine fuel, organized into three outputs: a value-chain Nr emissions inventory, emissions from representative bunkering operations, and measurement-informed, sensor-based estimation of bunkering emissions. The results are detailed in the submitted journal artile, "Ammonia marine fuel can reduce or increase reactive nitrogen pollution depending on emission controls" by Esquivel-Elizondo et al. The updated version (v1.1) corrects a typographical error in Table S1.
