Effect of high-fat diet on hepatic DNA methylation in SM/J mice

We identified differentially methylated regions across the genome in the liver associated with a high-fat diet. We extracted DNA from liver tissue and performed MRE-seq and MeDIP-seq in 8 total libraries, each with four mice of the same sex and diet pooled together.
