The cell-intrinsic role of ANXA1 in human ILC2s

To investigate the effect of ANXA1, encoding annexin a1, on group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s), we downregulated the expression using lentiviral vector-based shRNA transfer and performed RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: Lentiviral vector-based shRNA delivery experiments were performed using human peripheral blood-derived ILC2s. ILC2s transduced with shRNA for ANXA1 or shRNA control under IL-2 stimulation. cDNA libraries were synthesized using SMART-Seq v4 Ultra Low Input RNA Kits (Takara Bio), and libraries were sequenced using 150-bp paired-end sequencing on the NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina).
