资源简介:
The T cell beta chain and the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IGH) CDR3 receptor repertoires are both key components of the immune system, formed by the rearrangement of V (variable), D (diversity), and J (joining) gene segments. CDR3 is the key region for antigen binding, and its diversity enables the immune system to recognize a wide range of antigens. In children with Kawasaki disease, changes in these receptor repertoires are associated with the disease's immune response, and understanding the changes in the repertoires can reflect the immune status of the child.
