肉瘤数据分析

Sarcomas are a category of malignant tumors originating from mesenchymal tissues, including connective tissue, muscle, adipose tissue, bone, cartilage, blood vessels, and lymphatic vessels, among others. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell analysis. For DNA analysis, it covers point mutation detection, structural variation analysis, fusion gene analysis, and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also includes novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and the interaction between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis encompasses cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis, and transcription factor analysis.
