The MalariaGEN Vector Observatory Anopheles gambiae data resource version 3.10 (Ag3.10) contains single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) calls, copy number variant (CNV) calls and SNP haplotypes from whole-genome sequencing of mosquitoes collected in Burkina Faso (11), Cameroon (24), Guinea (180), Kenya (4), Mali (262), Senegal (660), South Africa (5), Tanzania (8) and Zimbabwe (10). from 1986 to 2022. Ag3.10 contains 1164 whole genome sequences from An. coluzzi , An. arabiensis , An. melas, An. merus, An. quadriannulatus and An. gambiae . This release includes openly-available data from one literature study: Fontaine M. C., Pease, J. B., Steele A. et al.
