Data for Interpretable Multiobjective Rule Search for Inter-Basin Water Transfer under Multiyear Droughts

This dataset contains the numerical results supporting the study Interpretable Multiobjective Rule Search for Inter-Basin Water Transfer under Multiyear Droughts. The single Excel workbook includes results for the current-rule baseline and four representative operating rules; the complete 301-rule evaluation archive with parameter settings and four performance objectives; annual, city-level and transfer-project results for the 2008-2015 drought; comparisons across the 2008-2015, 1999-2002 and 1976-1982 drought events; the 1951-2024 water-availability sequence and identified drought events; and entity-level model-assessment metrics. The Fields worksheet defines variables, units, signs and aggregation periods. City water volumes are event totals, whereas transfer-project results are annual means. All labels and definitions are in English. The workbook contains data only and does not include plotting scripts.
