Individual level data for 2223 <i>Rana pipiens</i> sampled across 41 sites in Ontario (Canada) between 2012-2014. Data contains sampled date, <i>Bd</i> infection status (presence and mean intensity), development status, site active period length (period between spring onset and beginning of breeding period), site mean temperature (˚C) during active and breeding period, site mean precipitation (˚C) during active and breeding period, site hydroshed area (km²), site river density (within 10km buffer of site centroid) and site road density (within 50km buffer of site centroid).
