Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in tumorogenesis and lncRNA taurine-upregulated gene 1 (TUG1) has been proven to be associated with several human cancers. However, there is still largely unknown in the mechanisms of TUG1-involved regulation. We examied the role of TUG1 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and used circular chromosome conformation capture (4C), a variant chromosome conformation capture (3C) procedure, to explore the targets of TUG1 regulation.
