Unpaired Student’s t-test was performed to assess significancy. Mean ± SEM. n = 3. * = significance between pyruvate-high DU145 cells versus pyruvate-high PC-3 cells = 0.0407. Supplementation of 16 µM RH02211 had no effect on the M2-PK tetramer : dimer ratio of PC-3 cells. In both pyruvate-low and pyruvate-high PC-3 cells supplementation of 16 µM RH02211 had no effect on the M2-PK tetramer : dimer ratio.
