Gut mycobiome of severe trauma or sepsis cohorts

This dataset comprises fecal mycobiome (ITS) data from eighteen healthy controls, eighteen trauma patients with an injury severity score greater than or equal to fifteen and in hemorrhagic shock on admission, and eighteen patients with sepsis admitted to an intensive care unit.
