This dataset contains antimicrobial susceptibility profiles of bacteria isolated from Hyalomma dromedarii ticks collected from dromedary camels in Hail Province, Saudi Arabia. A total of 57 ticks were collected, yielding 29 bacterial isolates including Enterobacter cloacae complex, Pseudomonas putida, Staphylococcus sciuri, and Staphylococcus xylosus. Antimicrobial resistance testing was performed using the Vitek 2 Compact system across multiple antibiotic classes. The dataset includes raw susceptibility results, interpreted resistance phenotypes. These data support the manuscript “Hyalomma dromedarii Infesting Camels in Hail Province, Saudi Arabia, Carry Antimicrobial Resistant Bacteria” (submitted to Frontiers in Veterinary Science), and provide a publicly accessible resource for future studies on antimicrobial resistance, tick-borne bacteria, and One Health surveillance in arid livestock ecosystems.
