社区工作者是在街道的社区直接从事社区服务和管理的就业年龄段全日制专职工作人员，包括符合前述条件的社区党组织成员（行政编制、事业编制社区党组织书记除外）、居民委员会成员以及区（市）统一招聘、街道统一管理、社区统一使用的社区工作人员。综合考虑社区规模、人口密度、服务半径、辖区单位数量及特定人群服务对象因数，合理确定社区工作者数量实行总量控制、员额管理，汉江路街道办事处有198名社区工作者。

Community workers refer to full-time dedicated staff of working age who directly engage in community service and management within the communities under sub-district offices. This includes members of community Party organizations who meet the aforementioned conditions (excluding secretaries of community Party organizations with administrative or public institution staffing quotas), members of residents' committees, as well as community workers recruited uniformly by districts (cities), managed uniformly by sub-district offices, and deployed for unified community use. The number of community workers is reasonably determined through comprehensive consideration of factors such as community scale, population density, service radius, number of units under the jurisdiction, and service targets for specific groups, and a total amount control and quota management system is implemented. The Hanjiang Road Sub-district Office has 198 community workers.
