We previously identified a myeloid cell subset expressing the markers CD88 and CD317 upon induction of inflammation in a mouse model of CNS autoimmunity. Here, we use single cell transcriptomics and epigenomics to extensively phenotype these cells and determine their compartment of origin. CD88+CD317+ myeloid cells from CNS tissue of bone marrow chimeric mice were isolated at peak of disease by cell sorting and subject to single cell transcriptomic and epigenomic analysis.
