VT Data - WRC (Windham Regional Commission) Future Land Use Plan - areas

This data set (polygons for land use areas), along with a corresponding point data (of hamlets), constitute the boundaries of the Land Use Plan in the Windham Regional Plan (Windham Regional Commission, adopted July 29, 2025). The plan delineates areas that share similar existing features and future planning goals. It models (as a generalized model) appropriate land-uses; exact uses are determined by local ordinances.
