Replication data for the master's thesis "Token Woman or Superwoman? Effects of Parliamentary Gender Quotas in Argentine Provinces on Women's Labour Market Outcomes". Data: hand-collected provincial women's representation panel (1987–2025), quota adoption and implementation dates, Granara (2014) cross-validation data, Encuesta Permanente de Hogares (EPH) household microdata (1996–2025), and Ministry of Labour aggregate data (1990–2003). The EPH microdata and Ministry of Labour data are sourced from INDEC (Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos, Argentina) and are subject to INDEC's terms of use.
