资源简介:
This experiment aims to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of aloe-derived nanovesicles (ADNVs) derived from aloe vera on colonic inflammation from a microbial perspective.Seven-week-old male C57BL/6J mice were provided free access to food and water. After a one-week acclimatization period, the experimental procedures commenced. In the ulcerative colitis remission model, mice were randomly divided into four groups, each consisting of eight animals, and treated with dextran sulfate sodium : Control group, DSS group (2.5% DSS dissolved in drinking water), ADNVs group (administered orally ), and DSS+ADNVs group (2.5% DSS in drinking water with ADNVs administered orally ). Following six days of treatment, the mice were returned to normal drinking water for three additional days before sampling. After dissection, the intestinal contents were collected for 16srDNA high-throughput sequencing. All the procedures related to the breeding and killing were in compliance with animal welfare standards.
