Improvement in the quality of environmental DNA extracted from environmental water with pre-filtration.. riverine metagenome

The quality control of the extracted DNA from environment is one of key factor for environmental DNA study. However environmental samples include various inhibitory factors affected the accuracy of environmental DNA analysis, therefore it is sometimes difficult to evaluate accurately them. In order to solve the above problems, we developed our best method for the detection of fish species with prefilter in water samples, including PCR inhibitors. As a result of 12S rRNA amplicon analysis(MiFish), the pre filtration treatment did not affect the variation of fish community and the community was converged as the pore size got smaller.
