新冠疫情风险等级数据记录了从2021年4月2日至2022年12月15日的县级风险等级，时间跨度为日级。本数据来源于国务院新冠疫情风险等级公开发布网址（原网址现已失效），疫情等级共分为高风险，中风险，以及低风险三类。 在2022年7月21日前，原网站只发布中风险及高风险等级地区，其余地区为低风险地区；此后至2022年11月15日，原网站发布包括低风险，中风险及高风险等级的地区，其余地区为常态化风控区域；自2022年11月15日起，原网站只发布低风险和高风险等级的地区，其余地区为常态化风控区域。对于风险等级的定义的改变，详见相关政策档案及报道。This COVID-19 risk level dataset records county-level risk ratings from April 2, 2021 to December 15, 2022, with a daily temporal resolution. This dataset is sourced from the publicly released official website for COVID-19 risk levels published by the State Council of China (the original URL is now invalid). The risk levels are divided into three categories: high-risk, medium-risk, and low-risk. Prior to July 21, 2022, the original website only released information on medium-risk and high-risk areas, with all other areas categorized as low-risk areas. From July 22, 2022 to November 15, 2022, the website published details for low-risk, medium-risk, and high-risk areas, while all remaining areas were designated as regularized risk control zones. Starting from November 15, 2022, the website only released information on low-risk and high-risk areas, with all other areas classified as regularized risk control zones.
