Gene Regulatory Subtype-specific Network of TCGA-BRCA

This was the subtype-specific subnetworks in TCGA-BRCA, which was identified with our proposed method [1] from the edge contribution value (ECv) [2]. Edges and nodes were colored by each subtype: subtype 1 (gray), subtype 2 (magenta), and subtype 3 (green). Colored nodes were hub nodes in each subtype and the color gradient represents the outdegree of hubs. The subtypes showed more clinically meaningful than the existing subtypes. This network was extracted from the Gene Regulatory Basal Network of TCGA-BRCA, which was generated from TCGA RNA-seq data for breast cancer(BRCA) using Bayesian network estimation [3].
