Transcriptome analysis of Clarireedia jacksonii LT586 treated with Bacillus cereus B694

To investigate the potential mechanisms of the biocontrol strain Bacillus cereus B694 in suppressing dollar spot disease, we performed transcriptomic analysis of Clarireedia jacksonii LT586 treated with B. cereus B694. This study aims to identify key genes in C. jacksonii that respond to bacterial stress, which will serve as critical targets for developing novel strategies to disrupt fungal pathogenicity or enhance host resistance. The findings are expected to advance our understanding of microbial antagonism and provide actionable insights for optimizing biocontrol approaches against turfgrass fungal pathogens.
