Model parameters trained using the Component Contribution method (legacy version)

A Numpy (.npz) file containing all model parameters needed for applying the component contribution method to estimate the standard Gibbs energies of biochemical reactions. This is a <strong>legacy version</strong>, and should only be used for consistency testing. Otherwise, please use the newer version (10.5281/zenodo.4013789).
