Methylation array was performed to understand the role of UHRF1 in DNA methylation in KRAS mutant lung cancer cell lines. Knock-down of UHRF1 leads to significant changes in global DNA methylation in both cell lines. Overall design: Two KRAS mutant lung cancer cell lines were used (A549, H358). Each cell line was treated with control siRNA (siNeg), anti-KRAS siRNA (siKRAS) or anti-UHRF1 siRNA (siUHRF1) in 2 (siNeg) or 3 (siUHRF1, siKRAS) biological replicates.
