Raw data and unprocessed images

Field research and user interviews were used to gather information on user characteristics and needs and the current parking situation within the studied community. This information was analyzed using the Kano model and the Better–Worse satisfaction metric, supplemented by secondary research and interviews, ultimately determining the design direction,based on which a "micro-update" design strategy was employed to implement the design practice and the results were validated using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
