friends and information on help provided by these persons in
house-hunting and the search for work; nationality and knowledge of
German of these persons; self-classification of knowledge of German;
planned length of stay in the Federal Republic; actual nationality and
subjective feeling of nationality belonged to; perceived conflicts of
interests between selected social groups; feeling of happiness and
contentment with life; contentment with life in the native country and
expected development of satisfaction in the next few years; scale for
satisfaction with housing, satisfaction with income and job
satisfaction; presence and utilization of cultural, social and other
infrastructure facilities, primarily oriented to the needs of
foreigners; preference for living together with Germans or foreigners
