Offline image analysis of HiSeq images using goat_pipeline, which is designed for Genome Analyzer.

Columns: Image file size, flowcell surface from which image is obtained, number of cycles chosen for template generation in OLB software, number of reads obtained, percentage of reads with intact barcode. Offline image analysis was performed as proof-of-concept only and raw number of reads given should be understood as a rough estimate of the potential sequencing read yield from that method.
