Human Aging Lung Cell Atlas

Age is a substantial risk factor and is associated with worse prognosis in nearly all lung diseases. We performed scRNAseq to profile transcriptional changes in the aging human lung at single-cell resolution. Overall design: Samples were collected from cryopreserved human lung samples and analyzed using scRNAseq.
