To investigate the role of Trem2 in neonatal hyperoxia induced lung injury, we exposed mice to 75% oxygen for 14 days. We then performed gene expression profiling in whole lung and bone marrow derived macrophages using RNA-seq. We studied gene regulation using ChIP-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for lungs exposed to hyperoxia and room air controls. ChIP-seq analysis to assess p53 binding in the lung and macrophages after hyperoxia exposure.
