Pseudomonas koreensis strain:P19E3 Genome sequencing and assembly

Pseudomonas koreensis P19E3 was isolated as part of a food security survey and was chosen for sequencing at that time as no other Pseudomonas koreensis genome was publicly available. The genomic features of this particular strain are an excellent benchmark for the performance of assembly algorithms and the resolution of repetitive genomic regions.
