Proteome analysis of extracellular vesicles derived from folicular thyroid carcinoma

Small extracellular vesicles were purified from serum samples of patients with follicular thyroid carcinoma and follicular thyroid adenoma. Proteomic analysis was performed using these vesicles, and protein expression levels were compared between the two groups using label-free quantification.
