Deidentified Veterinary Information System records, Mongar district, Bhutan (2023–2026), with analysis code

This record contains the deidentified dataset and analysis code supporting the manuscript “Dose-rate appropriateness of veterinary antimicrobial prescriptions in a district service in Bhutan: an audit of routine information-system records” (Pokhrel, Cheda and Yangka; submitted for publication). Files:• S1_Data.xlsx: deidentified extract of the Veterinary Information System (VIS) of the Mongar district veterinary service, Bhutan (17,482 records, all medicine classes, 40 columns). Owner names, mobile numbers, citizenship ID numbers, microchip numbers, village or locality and animal names were removed, and clinician names were replaced with anonymous codes. The analysed antimicrobial subset (1,063 records) is obtained by filtering Medicine Class == “Antimicrobials”.• S1_Code.R: R script (R version 4.3.3) that reproduces all analyses, tables and figures in the paper. Put both files in the same folder and run the script.
