Corte IDH LLM Benchmark Data - Brazilian Cases

Dataset package for a Portuguese legal benchmark on Brazilian cases decided by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The package includes raw and processed data used in the study: official court PDFs, corpus metadata, extracted texts, sectioned paragraphs, benchmark items, structured answer keys, evaluation outputs, scoring artifacts, audit sheets, and documentation for reproducibility. The dataset supports four evaluation conditions: closed-book model evaluation, prompt-calibrated closed-book evaluation, product-like evaluation with generic web search, and document-first evaluation with local corpus tools. Official court documents are included only for reproducibility and remain subject to their original source conditions. Metadata, benchmark items, structured labels, evaluation outputs, audit artifacts, and documentation produced by the author are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
