研究并突破杉木油高效提取集成技术,集水中、水上、常压及加压的水蒸气蒸馏方式为一体,多功能水蒸,形成一体技术,此技术适用性强,不同原料、不同用途可采用不同的加工方式;研究突破精深加工及应用集成技术。对杉木油进行真空精馏及结晶重结晶,通过各馏段的调配及化学组成结构及香气修饰,实现了标准化,制定出杉木油企业标准,创制出可直接用于调香的杉木精油新产品。

Research on and breakthroughs in integrated efficient extraction technology for Chinese fir oil: This technology integrates submerged, surface, atmospheric pressure, and pressurized steam distillation methods to create a multifunctional integrated steam distillation process, which exhibits strong adaptability, allowing the use of different processing approaches for diverse raw materials and application scenarios. Furthermore, research on and breakthroughs in integrated deep processing and application technology were conducted. Vacuum rectification and crystallization-recrystallization were performed on Chinese fir oil. By blending various distillate fractions, modifying its chemical composition and aroma, standardization was achieved. An enterprise standard for Chinese fir oil was formulated, and new Chinese fir essential oil products directly suitable for fragrance blending were developed.
