Clinical Admission Notes from MIMIC-III

This dataset is constructed from MIMIC-III (Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care III), containing simulated patient admission records. The clinical records cover information of patients during their ICU stay, and are labeled for four outcome prediction tasks: diagnosis at discharge, performed procedures, in-hospital mortality, and length of stay. To obtain the data, users must first gain access to the MIMIC-III dataset, then run the scripts introduced in the linked repository.
