In addition to estimates, Visible Alpha also created “VA Actuals”, a proprietary data set that provides a historical view of a company by combining the completeness of broker data with company-reported filings. VA Actuals is produced by systematically aggregating historical data from sell-side analyst models and surfacing the most comparable adjusted and operating past view on a company. VA Actuals is continually updated as analysts revise their own models based on restatements, a challenging metric for investment professionals to detect and capture. This exclusive historical information is stitched together with our forecast data to help institutional investors predict what will happen in the future and identify market winners.

Visible Alpha provides 2 different cuts of this data:

Company Data (CD) - Analyst data made comparable for each company, including segment-level data and key company drivers. Each line item is unique per company.

Standardized Data (SD) - Access comparable data from full financial statements. The data is comparable across our entire coverage universe. Each line item can be fetched for multiple companies.<br/><br/>Sample Tables:
