Bulk RNA-seq of chicken splenic CD4 T cells sorted by CD25 expression and single-cell RNA-seq of total CD4 T cells

This study profiles the transcriptomic signatures of chicken splenic CD4 T cells. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on cells sorted by CD25 expression into high, low, and negative subsets. In parallel, single-cell RNA sequencing was used to analyze total CD4 T cells to explore cellular heterogeneity. These data support the identification of regulatory T cell signatures in chicken, expanding knowledge beyond the canonical marker FoxP3.
