Amplification sequencing of the rhizosphere soil of Anoectochilus roxburghii

Anoectochilus roxburghii, a rare medicinal orchid, is severely threatened by gray mold, necessitating green control strategies. We constructed and evaluated the application effect of the cross-kingdom consortium of Bacillus velezensis and Piriformospora indica in Anoectochilus roxburghii. This ecologically complementary consortium provides new insights into plant-microbe-pathogen interactions and a promising disease management strategy, which can stabilize ecological benefits with tailored agronomic practices to support sustainable agriculture.
