This dataset contains the raw chromatographic data obtained from the analysis of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) and phenolic compounds in three edible insect species: Tenebrio molitor, Zophobas morio, and Acheta domesticus.
FAME profiles were generated using gas chromatography (GC), while phenolic compound profiles were obtained via high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The dataset includes:
Raw chromatograms for all analyzed samples
Peak retention times and corresponding signal intensities
Identified compounds and their relative abundance (%) where applicable
Replicate measurements for each species
Samples were prepared following standardized extraction and derivatization protocols as described in the associated manuscript. All analyses were performed under controlled laboratory conditions.
