This dataset contains the raw chromatographic data obtained from the analysis of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) and phenolic compounds in three edible insect species: Tenebrio molitor, Zophobas morio, and Acheta domesticus. FAME profiles were generated using gas chromatography (GC), while phenolic compound profiles were obtained via high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The dataset includes: Raw chromatograms for all analyzed samples Peak retention times and corresponding signal intensities Identified compounds and their relative abundance (%) where applicable Replicate measurements for each species Samples were prepared following standardized extraction and derivatization protocols as described in the associated manuscript. All analyses were performed under controlled laboratory conditions. This dataset supports the findings presented in the manuscript titled: "Comparative Evaluation of In vitro Bioactivity and Chemical Composition of Three Edible Insect Species (Tenebrio molitor, Zophobas morio, and Acheta domesticus)" The data can be used for validation, re-analysis, or comparative studies related to edible insects, lipid composition, and phenolic profiling.
