Mouse abdominal aortic aneurysm RNA-Seq Dataset

To examine transcriptomic changes in mouse aortic tissues under different treatments (HFD/STD + AngII/Saline) to reveal molecular mechanisms underlying abdominal aortic aneurysm. Mouse models help validate findings from human studies and assess the impact of experimental conditions on abdominal aortic aneurysm progression, aiding etiological research and drug discovery. Over 3,000 DEGs were identified in the HFD+AngII group, with enrichment in pathways related to neutrophil activation, NETs formation, and iron metabolism (e.g., S100A8, IL1B, HBA-A1). This group exhibited more severe pathological features compared to others.
