Abstract This work presents a mathematically complete theoretical framework addressing two problems in sub-1nm semiconductor interconnect design. First, the physical failure of copper is proven quantitatively: at effective linewidth w=3w = 3 w=3 nm, wire resistance exceeds the quantum of resistance RQ=12.9R_Q = 12.9 RQ=12.9 kΩ\Omega Ω at routing lengths beyond Lcrit=1.05L_{crit} = 1.05 Lcrit=1.05 μ\mu μm, rendering classical signal transmission impossible (w−3w^{-3} w−3 resistance singularity, coefficient 3.315×10−163.315 \times 10^{-16} 3.315×10−16 Ω⋅\Omega\cdot Ω⋅m3^3 3). Second, the theoretical validity of the SVRN-OS photonic bypass architecture is established: simultaneous application of four loss-suppression mechanisms — BIC optical confinement (Qrad≥108Q_{rad} \geq 10^8 Qrad≥108), 80-pair DBR reflectors (R≥99.999%R \geq 99.999\% R≥99.999%), high-pressure lattice contraction (20–30 GPa), and 18-pair Ru/Graphene phononic shielding — yields room-temperature polariton coherence time τcoh≥1.5\tau_{coh} \geq 1.5 τcoh≥1.5 ns. Two independent derivation paths (Q-factor route: 3.18 ns; Lindblad formalism: 3.3 ns) agree to within 4%, confirming theoretical consistency. FDTD simulation predicts 3.8 ns, a 174-fold improvement over the current literature benchmark of ~21.8 ps (ACS Nano, 2025). This framework is pre-experimental. Its objective is mathematical completeness of physical hypotheses, not manufacturing readiness. Experimental validation is scheduled for Phase 0 PoC. 4. Source of Truth Declaration This document supersedes all prior working materials in this research series. Only values confirmed in the six verified design documents dated 2026-02-14/15 are adopted as valid theoretical bases. All prototype-era constants (DOI records 1–52) are formally superseded by this submission.
