Effect of HSV1 and hAdV8 infection in human conjunctiva air-liquid interface cultures

We sought to identify the effect of HSV1 or hAdV8 infection in human conjunctival epithelium. Overall design: We performed bulk RNA sequencing on air-liquid interface cultures infected with HSV1 for 72 hours (and the uninfected control; 2 controls and 2 infected) and with hAdV8 for 96 hours (and the uninfected control; 3 controls and 3 infected).
