Data Files—Phylogenetic and ecological drivers of the avian lung mycobiome and its potentially pathogenic component

The data files include both complete and rarefied phyloseq objects along with their component tables (taxonomy, zOTU, and sample metadata), a FUNGuild animal symbiont categorization file, and the avian phylogenetic tree used to calculate phylogenetic signal. The analysis files include the general phyloseq workflow, generalized dissimilarity modeling script (GDM), phylogenetic signal script, and script to generate beta/phylogenetic distance matrix.
