Intracellular zinc protects tumors from T cell-mediated cytotoxicity [MC38 RNAseq]

We performed RNA sequencing on parental (WT) and Cbfb-deficient (CbfbKO) MC38 cells. Cells were generated by electroporation with Cas9-sgRNA complexes using a non-targeting sgRNA (WT) or Cbfb-targeting sgRNA (CbfbKO) At least 1 week after electroporation with Cas9-sgRNA (non-targeting or Cbfb-targeting), KO was confirmed by western blot and approximately 1 million WT and CbfbKO cells were collected for RNA extraction and sequencing. 3 replicates per group were collected. 2 replicates from each group were used for downstream library preparation, and the 3rd replicate from each group was not used due to poor quality RNA.
