Anonymized quality-control source data supporting Figure 4 of a mouse brain nuclei-isolation protocol

This repository contains anonymized, pooled per-nucleus and technical sample-level quality-control data supporting Figure 4 and Supplementary Tables S1–S2 of the associated STAR Protocols manuscript. The files report genes detected per nucleus, total UMI counts, mitochondrial read percentage, sequencing platform, tissue, and nuclei-isolation workflow. No treatment, drug, genotype, sex, biological-condition, gene-expression matrix, or raw sequencing data are included. The deposited data are intended solely to reproduce the reported technical quality-control summaries and figure.
